Total Body Work-Out
Thursday @ 9:15am & Wednesday 6:45pm*
This class is a total body workout that involves both strength and cardio exercises. We will utilize a mix of free weights, resistance bands, medicine balls and more to build and tone muscle. It is suited for everyone from beginners to a fitness fanatic. You set your own pace!

This is an intense low impact cardio workout. Get the feeling of riding a bike while jamming to upbeat music! SPIN climbs, sprints & jumps!

Zumba is a Latin based dance aerobics class. In the class we will work our entire core, while dancing our cares away! Come join the party!
Thursday @ 6:30pm
A highly intense workout designed to test both physical and mental grit. You will cross-train in both lower body and endurance and upper body strength. All obstacles are designed to be completed at a basic level of fitness.
Total Body Barre

This class is a mixture of Pilaties, Yoga & functional training while listening to motivating music! We will use barre & exercise equipment such as mini balls & weights to sculpt, slim and stretch your entire body!
Thursday @ 7pm
Channel your inner rockstar with this full body cardio-jam session inspired by the infectious, energizing, and sweat-dripping fun of playing the drums. The workout is easil modifiable and the alternative vibe and welcoming philosophy appeals to men and women of all ages and abilities.
Level 1 Beginner (Ages 4-6)
Monday & Thursday @ 3:30pm
Stretching, tumbling, forward rolls, cartwheels, basic low beam & uneven bars.
Level 2 Intermediate (Ages 6-8)
Monday & Thursday @ 4:30 & 5:30pm
Stretching, building basic tumbling skills with an emphasis on form, uneven bars & high beam
Level 3 Advanced (Ages 9+)
Monday & Thursday @6:30pm
Stretching, more advanced tumbling including round offs, back walk-overs, back hand springs etc. Use of high beam & uneven bars
