NEW! Total Body Work-Out
Thursday @ 6:45pm

This class is a total body workout that involves both strength and cardio exercises.  We will utilize a mix of free weights, resistance bands, medicine balls and more to build and tone muscle.  It is suited for everyone from beginners to a fitness fanatic.  You set your own pace!

Wake Up Workout
Monday, Wednesday & Friday @ 7:30am

This is a low impact cardio workout with strength training and stretching.  This is an awesome way to start your day!

SilverSneakers
Monday, Wednesday & Friday @ 10:15am

SilverSneakers is a program encouraging older adults to participate in physical activities that will help them to maintain greater control of their health.  Be sure to inquire about medicare coverage options.

Spin Class
Monday & Thursday @ 6:15pm

This is an intense low impact cardio workout.  Get the feeling of riding a bike while jamming to upbeat music!  SPIN climbs, sprints & jumps!

Zumba!
Monday & Thursday @ 7pm

Zumba is a Latin based dance aerobics class.  In the class we will work our entire core, while dancing our cares away!  Come join the party!

Fit & Fun
Monday, Wednesday & Friday @ 10:15am

Join Frank & Donna as you get your morning started right and get your body moving!  This is a fun and always entertaining class.   You may even learn some new dance moves!

Step
Friday @ 9:15am

An energizing workout using a height-adjustable step and simple movements on, over and around the step.  This cardio pushes fat burning systems into high gear, followed by muscle conditioning to shape and tone your body.

Total Body Barre
Tuesday @ 9:15am & 6:30pm

This class is a mixture of Pilaties, Yoga & functional training while listening to motivating music!  We will use barre & exercise equipment such as mini balls & weights to sculpt, slim and stretch your entire body!

Gymnastics

Level 1 Beginner (Ages 4-6)
Monday & Thursday @ 3:30pm
Stretching, tumbling, forward rolls, cartwheels, basic low beam & uneven bars.

Level 2 Intermediate (Ages 6-8)
Monday & Thursday @ 4:30 & 5:30pm
Stretching, building basic tumbling skills with an emphasis on form, uneven bars & high beam

Level 3 Advanced (Ages 9+)
Monday & Thursday @6:30pm
Stretching, more advanced tumbling including round offs, back walk-overs, back hand springs etc. Use of high beam & uneven bars
